Short answer
EasyCine is original native Android source code that supports the open Stremio addon protocol under your own brand, with an admin panel and an Android TV app. It is not a Stremio fork and ships with no addons. From $1,999, one-time.
What Stremio-style means
A library app that gets its streams from addons.
Stremio made a simple idea popular: the app organises what people watch, and small web services called addons supply catalogues, details, streams and subtitles. EasyCine follows the same open protocol in original Java code, so standard addons plug into your app.
It isn't a fork of Stremio and isn't affiliated with it. Viewers never install Stremio: addons run inside your branded app on phones, tablets and Android TV.

Stremio-style questions.
Is EasyCine a fork of Stremio?
No. It's original native Android code that supports the open Stremio addon protocol. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Stremio.
Does it come with addons?
No. It ships with none, and the addon switch starts off. You choose every addon on the panel's Addons page, and only ones you have rights to.
Do viewers need the Stremio app?
No. Addons run inside your app, so viewers only ever see your brand. Stremio itself never needs to be on the device.
What does the app do with no addons?
It still works. In Tracker mode (watch tracker) it's a watchlist and discovery app with Trakt sync. In Links or Panel mode it plays the licensed links you add in the panel.
Can viewers use addons on Android TV?
They can. The TV app, part of the Complete plan, reads the same addons and plugins, and viewers browse and play them with the remote.
Can I publish it on Google Play?
Approval depends on your sources and your listing. Tracker mode needs no streaming sources and is made for Google Play, so it's the easiest place to start.
